Physical Comic Books

Because books are printed products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we will gladly replace or refund items under the following circumstances:

• The wrong item was received.
• The book arrives damaged during shipping.
• The product contains a manufacturing or printing defect.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item

If your request is approved, we will provide either:

• A replacement copy at no additional cost, or
• A full refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are not available for:

• Buyer remorse or change of mind
• Minor variations in color due to monitor settings
• Damage caused after delivery through misuse or improper handling
